One simple answer, yes or no?
Fine views from my room and a great location! The staff was friendly and always eager to help me .
The dining experience fell short. Breakfast lacked variety and quality. Access to the pool was a hassle.

Extremely comfy bed, newly remodelled and well-maintained room with a view of the sea. Large separate bathroom. Particularly good location in Tel Aviv near Neve Tzedek, Lev HaIr and Kerem HaTeimanim, the beach, and the centre of Tel Aviv.

Big hype, little substance
The hotel has a fantastic location, but the service left much to be desired. While the view from my room was excellent, I found the cleanliness disappointing. Issues like requests for basic amenities and room allocations were frustrating. The staff made efforts but seemed overwhelmed when it mattered most.

Nice location near the beach.
The hotel, like many in the area was very empty. I expected to have seen more people given the expensive price. The adjacent hotel of similar size (Dan Panorma?) looked very empty.

Great Base for Family Fun
Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay with lovely views. The location made beach access easy, and the pool area, while busy, allowed for fun splashing. Dining at the pool was enjoyable, just be ready for pricier options. Pro tip, consider nearby local eateries for affordable meals.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Staff professional, very friendly and service minded. Even the security guard was friendly and helpful with tips of what to do. Breakfast was very nice and breakfast staff very very good. Location good just at the beach and walking distance from city center. Also only 15 minutes to walk to Old Jaffa which is very charming.
Noice from drilling in the walls and hammering for six hours after a long nights work. No complementary internet or drinking water. Internet very expensive usd 15 per 24 hrs and also very slow. They charge usd 8:50 for a liter of Evian. Hotel is nice but it is a little old and needs some maintenance. Which they actually do, see first sentence. :-)

we liked everything , best staff we have found in Israel.
In the lounge, we felt there should be more facility to have a cake, or pastry or similar with a coffees, rather than just savoury bar snacks, but this is a trivial comment far outweighed by the overall experience.

A large, modern hotel in a lovely area of Tel Aviv. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. The pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Pool staff were on hand to bring drinks, etc. All in all, a lovely experience and would recommend it.
